1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the aj888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at aj888.net.
• "aj888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the aj888 platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an aj888 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or any non-cash funds credited to an Account by aj888.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or sports market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the aj888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of aj888 or any of its affiliated companies.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or permanently closed by aj888.
6. You are registering voluntarily for entertainment purposes and are not subject to any court order, legal obligation, or personal circumstance that prohibits you from gambling.
7. The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

aj888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registering a false age or providing false identification documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of closure.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the aj888 Platform only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or with the assistance of third parties — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. aj888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately safeguard your login details. You must notify aj888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting aj888 customer support through the live chat feature available within the Platform. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance that has cleared wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal via the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aj888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aj888 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of your Account and may differ per payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for GCash and PayMaya, subject to KYC clearance and the absence of any pending wagering obligations on Bonus Balance.
• Withdrawal Method: aj888 applies a same-method withdrawal policy where feasible. Withdrawal requests will be directed to the payment method most recently used to fund the Account.
• Fees: aj888 does not charge players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which aj888 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

aj888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available. By accepting a bonus or promotional credit, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates per game category are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any related winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: aj888 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the aj888 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sports betting, bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

• Random Number Generation: Slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. These systems are designed to ensure fair and unpredictable results for every game round.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to the rules displayed within each live game lobby. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined based on the game result at the time the disconnection was recorded by the server.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on aj888 are governed by the betting rules applicable to each sport, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are final.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the Platform's server records shall be the definitive reference. aj888's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game's integrity or produces an erroneous outcome, aj888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to Players' Accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aj888 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or unauthorized use of third-party payment methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aj888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account suspension imposed by aj888.

8 Responsible Gaming

aj888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players manage their activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to six (6) months. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform on a longer-term basis may request a self-exclusion of six (6) months or more. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides session duration pop-up notifications to remind Players of time spent gaming.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aj888 Platform — including but not limited to the aj888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aj888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, publication, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content; or use of any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aj888 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; interruption or unavailability of the Platform; delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers; or unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to protect their credentials.

aj888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data by aj888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aj888 collects and processes personal data for the following lawful purposes: account registration and management; identity verification and KYC compliance; anti-money laundering obligations; fraud prevention; customer support; and where consent has been given, marketing communications. Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

12 Suspension & Termination

aj888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Closure is required to comply with a lawful order from a Philippine regulatory authority or court.
• The Player has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or a subject of sanctions screening under applicable AML obligations.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach by the Player, aj888 may forfeit all balances held in the Account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where closure is initiated by aj888 for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the aj888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should first contact aj888 customer support through the live chat feature available within the Platform. aj888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

14 Amendments

aj888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified via a notice displayed upon login or via the registered email address on the Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the updated document.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 3.
